The process of leaving pain behind to heal requires support to parts of the body that have been
stuck and often are delivering information that is based on past life experiences. In order to
resolve pain, release and reset is necessary to key areas of the body and brain that are
delivering information from the past as though it’s still relevant to the present moment. An
“update” just like the ones on your computer is required when the system needs to be modified.
The parts of the body that we will address will be the same in the beginning of the sessions for
many clients, but as we release the old information the body and brain will make changes to the
way it is processing the information. As this happens the parts that need to be supported for
each client will be different depending on their pain and life experiences connection.
The process will begin with working to reset your nervous system so more energy can go to
your healing instead of navigating physical safety, any incongruence in the environment, the
unknown, and the languaging of “shoulds/unmet expectations.” Repair to the pituitary-adrenal
axis, the part that delivers the correct hormones into our bloodstream will be necessary as well.
Releasing the limbic system to remove old patterns, behaviors, emotions, memories and
outdated information that is from our past life experiences will be involved as well.
Once the body and brain are cleared of the old information and brought into the present time,
re-integrate the parts that didn’t receive the energy needed during their development is the next
part of the process of healing. As children we have markers of our development, called primary
reflexes, 8 of them to be exact. Primary care physicians check to ensure these reflexes marking
the stages of growth are being integrated so body and brain function will support us through life.
Sometimes our life experiences require more energy to navigate and the energy needed is
diverted to lower functions of the brain like safety and survival for example. Without the proper
amount of energy the developmental markers may not fully integrate, leaving behind adversities.
A prime example is C-section birth, the reflex of self preservation and fight to survive starts its
integration when a baby must navigate the passage out of the womb. Particular movements
involved create “tracks” of development the next primary reflexes will build upon. If we don’t
move through the struggle of leaving the womb and entering the world, our fight to survive is
impaired.
After repairing the primary reflexes and integration, the more specific needs of each client will
direct the next part of the process of healing. The present time conditions and symptoms will
lead us to the body systems that lacked the energy necessary to fully develop, again because
life experiences potentially required more energy thus taking it from these systems during their
development. All the systems of the body can be adversely affected when the energy needed to
support their creation is rerouted to other processes. These systems include digestive,
circulatory, nervous, excretory, respiratory, skeletal, muscular, immune, integumentary(skin),
lymphatic, reproductive, and endocrine. In the US statistics reveal more than HALF of the
population has gut or gastrointestinal issues, signaling the lack of integrity and full development
of the digestive and often the excretory systems.
The reset, release, repair, and re-integration of all these parts changes the symptoms and the
pain that often have been present for clients. Digestive issues resolve, low back pain ceases,
reproductive challenges disappear, unwanted behaviors shift, coping mechanisms drop away,
foggy brain symptoms correct, sleep disorders and the other difficulties that have been keeping
clients stuck become things of the past. The recovery of the body, brain, primary reflexes, and
the systems of the body and brain changes the client and transforms the life they have been
living into the one they have been searching for since they were born.
