These sessions offer a peek into my services for those who are not ready for individual sessions or are not in geographical proximity. This is an opportunity for additional support for clients through a community of connection that strengthens their collective healing journeys.

The decision to offer this additional nervous system support comes from my experience and requests from my clients. Gathering as a group enhances our healing, and provides inclusion as we move toward a transformed life.
